Our project process
Whether its an extension to your property, a renovation or a new build home, you can expect your development project to closely follow the process order below...
Consultation
Initial meeting to scope out the project and work collaboratively to brainstorm ideas looking at the space available and discussing budgets and timescales.
Build
Work commences. A typical project will flow through the following phases:

Debrief and snagging
Proposal
Project proposal based on discussions during consultation. Full breakdown of costs, materials, labour and estimated timings.
Communication
Updates and communication throughout the duration of the project ensuring we are all on the same page. It's important we allow for unplanned circumstances such as weather, availability of materials etc... and we will keep you updated every step of the way.
Contracts
Project detail agreed and contracts signed. We request 20% of the project cost upfront *please read our terms and conditions for more detail.
Completion
Finishing touches and debrief to collect feedback and photos of your finished project. Completion of snagging and final bills settled.
